A Drinking Game... Metaphorically Speaking
This is a game I owe to my antipodean bloggy friend, Bec, she of the sadly now defunct Ladies Lounge.
I've slightly amended the rules for the UK.
But the game is called Wed em, Bed em, or Shed em.
Below are three bits of eye candy for the girls and three lovely ladies for the boys and you have to say which one you'd wed, bed, or shed...
The best answer may even get a signed copy of my book...
You can play dirty and go for the opposite sex if you like. We're open minded here...
As I am slightly obsessed with Green Wing at present, I thought we would go with that as a theme...

I would bed all of them. At the same time. And wed Dr Guy and Dr Mac and Dr Todd and then bed them all at the same time.

oh - i don't know. couldn't i have them all? mac is quite irritating and a bit stringy but i don't spose i'd kick him out. caroline is so whiny in the show, but she i bet she's dynamite. (i'm assuming here i'd be able to have sex with the ones i marry ... cos this is makebelieve, after all)
Caroline, you clearly don't understand the rules of the game. You have to choose!! But great answer anyway.
Kate, it was a toss up between Green Wing and Dr Who, so I'll have to do David Tennant next time. Maybe DT, The Emperor Dalek and K9???
RG You'd shed Mac and Caroline??? No, no no!!! They're the ones I love the most!!
for the record my choices would be the same as Caroline's wed Mac, shed Martin and bed Guy as he's so good at kissing (oh I'd get to bed Mac as well, so that would be a bonus).
As to the girlies, it would have to be bed Joanna as she's had lots of practice, wed lovely Caroline and shed mad as a snake Sue White- she gave birth to a lion for god's sake.

I would shed Martin Dear. He is cute, and I did used to have several boys in my maths class who were a bit like him, and I fancied them all, one by one (nothing if not fair). But he's just a bit too idiotic.
I would bed Dr Guy. He's an idiot. A very lovable one, and if he was my brother or son or anything-other-than-boyfriend I would cuddle him lots and laugh at his silly ways, but come on. He's a self-obsessed misogynist. Bless him. But he might be fun in bed. Well, no. He might be fun for a shag down an alleyway if you were really really drunk and fancied a bit of quick and dirty with no foreplay or aftercuddles. Yeah, I guess he'd do for that.
I would wed-wed-wed Dr Mac! He's lovely! I want to tuck him into my pocket and carry him everywhere with me! Sorry, I've gone all incoherent.
Now then, it just so happens I'm bisexual, and this means I get to play twice! Bargain!

I would have to shed Joanna Clore, I'm afraid. She's a bit too scary. And mad. Well, they're all mad, but she's the Wrong Kind Of Mad. She would stab you to death in the middle of the night, then light a fag and tip the ash into the stab wound.
I would bed Sue White. She is very funny. She might not make me come, but she would make me laugh and laugh and laugh, and then get really annoyed with me for laughing at me and shout at me. And then I would give her a cuddle. It would be fun.
I would wed Dr Caroline! She's lovely! She's funny and cute and vulnerable and clever and sassy and long and bendy. She and Mac are my perfect couple. Maybe we could have a threesome?
Clare - you've chosen all the same as me! But most of all I want them all (in character of course) as my Very Best Friends who come round regularly to play.
Now about Alan Statham ... perhaps we can keep him on the balcony so we can pop out to tease him every now and then. Do you remember him as Brian in Spaced? The man has talent ...
According to most of my friends I am Caroline Todd so I can't do any of those with her. I would bed Mac and Guy in a shed, and wed Sue White in red, and punch Joanna in the head, and then furnish Martin with some desperatly needed street cred. Got that read?
Ewwww. I've never seen Green Wing and, from the photos alone, it doesn't look as if I've missed much. I'd shed the lot of 'em, meself.
Debi, I agree about the guy who plays Alan Statham - Spaced is one of those really underrated shows. He was v funny in that too. My favourite line in Green Wing is when he says to Joanna it's all gone dwarf.

Zinnia, yes I suppose they don't look all that preposessing, you probably need to watch the programme which is brilliant....
I couldn't bed any of them because I am so happily married (10 years next week!)
I wouldn't wed any of them because I've already done that and I am not intending to divorce ever (even after 10 years)
So I'd shed the lot of them (helped by the fact that I know nothing about Green Wing and love my husband of 10 years even more than I did when I married him!)
